Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1.1 By placing an order on www.cashmerelamm.ch, you confirm the terms and conditions between you (hereinafter referred to as "customer" or "you") and the Cashmere House Lamm AG (hereinafter referred to as "CHL" or "we / us"). In the sense of these Terms and Conditions, 'customers' are both end consumers and businesses. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products via online shop and orders placed by phone.
1.2 Except for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, all other days of the week are working days.
2. Registration on www.cashmerelamm.ch
2.1 To place an order, you do not necessarily have to create an account. When entering your personal information, you must enter information that is truthful and complete. You are also obliged to treat this data and your personal password confidentially and not to disclose them to any unauthorised third parties.
2.2 You are responsible for the contents which you can fill in the fields provided. (e.g.: Products reviews) The rights of third parties must not be violated by the customer. You are not entitled to have your content stored or published on our site.
2.3 Tampering with the site in an attempt to obtain unauthorised payments or information and use of the content of the CHL for public and commercial purposes will lead to legal consequences, including banning from the sites.
2.4 Only one account can be created by a single customer. CHL reserves the right to delete multiple registrations and warn and terminate members who violate the provisions stated in section 2.1 to 2.3.
2.5 Data regarding your order is stored with us, but cannot be accessed by you for security reasons. Customers can register password-protected and have the opportunity to manage and save their address and delivery data.Management of personal data
3. Contract conclusion
The customer can view our products and select them by pressing the "add to cart" button. With the button "View cart" he can see the selected products and remove products. By clicking on the button "Buy now", an order is completed, which corresponds to an offer to conclude a purchase contract for the selected products in the cart. After electronic dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with confirmation of receipt. The order confirmation does not constitute a contract. A confirmation of contract on our part takes place only when the payment is made by the customer and the product is available. This is communicated to the customer by a delivery confirmation in an email. Cashmere House Lamm AG reserves the right to withdraw from a contract if, for example, a product is no longer available or payment was not authorised.In the case of advanced payment, delivery of products ordered takes place only after the full purchase price has been credited to our account. If you do not make the payment within 10 calendar days after sending the order confirmation, we will withdraw from the contract. For orders in our online shop, prices that are listed at the time of ordering apply. The stated prices are final, i.e. they include the Swiss value added tax. For deliveries outside Switzerland, this tax is omitted. Country-specific customs and taxes are not charged by us and must be borne by customers. We do not bind to the falsely labelled prices and reserve the right to change the prices or technical specifications. Product colours may vary slightly from the original colours due to technical limitations.
We deliver to Europe and the United States. The goods are delivered directly to the address given. The delivery time in Switzerland is 2 - 3 business days, outside Switzerland it is 5-10 business days. In exceptional cases, delays in delivery are reserved. Claims for damages due to delayed deliveries or deliveries that have not been made are excluded. In the latter case, payments already made will be refunded. If the delivery is delayed for more than 4 weeks, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract and receives the paid price.Deliveries within Switzerland are being executed by "Schweizerische Post", international deliveries are conducted by our partner TNT.
6. Shipping costs
We assume the shipping costs. Except for express deliveries. The cost of a possible return shipment is borne by the customer.
It is possible that upon receiving the order the item cannot be delivered anymore. The items on the order list will be cancelled in this case and you will be informed by e-mail. Undeliverable goods cannot be reserved. Payments already made will be refunded. Claims for damages due to delayed or omitted deliveries are excluded..
8. Payment methods
You can pay via MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Paypal or advance payment to a bank account.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
10. Gift cards and coupons
Purchased gift cards are redeemable only in our shop in St. Moritz. Coupons or vouchers for the online store, which we give away through publicity campaigns, are valid once and only within the period specified.
We place great emphasis on customer satisfaction. Contact us by phone in our shop during the opening times +41 81 833 33 15 or send an email to email@example.com. We try to check your requests as quickly as possible and will contact you after receiving documents or any complaint from you. However, please give us some time, since the manufacturer's involvement is often necessary in warranty cases. You help us with complaints when you describe the problem as accurately as possible and, where appropriate, submit the order documents in copy, etc.
12. Exchange/ Refund policy
Ordered items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. In case of a partial delivery, the deadline for returning the item is extended until you get the remaining delivery. Please fill out the attached exchange/ return form. We accept only intact, unworn and undamaged items along with the delivery note. If we detect any defect in the goods, we are entitled to retain a portion of the purchase price, which we determine at our discretion. Costs for the return shipment are borne by you and the date of the postmark shall be binding upon return. If the goods are intact and are received by us on time, we will refund the purchase amount or send you the requested article for exchange. Refund will be made in the same payment method you made the payment. You may drop the goods on time and without any costs at our shop in St. Moritz.Personalized or altered items are excluded from exchange or return.

13. Right of withdrawal
As a customer of the online shop of Cashmere House Lamm AG, you have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The cancellation period lasts 14 days and shall apply from the date on which the customer has received the goods. To exercise this right, the customer must inform us about his decision by a clear statement (by telephone, email or post). The following sample cancellation form is not compulsory.

14. Warranty / Compensation for damages
At Cashmere House Lamm, we strive to bring you the best quality products. However, should something be faulty or damaged, report this to us: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +41 (0) 81 833 33 15
We will ask you to return the damaged products to us so that we can examine it and then either repair or replace it, or refund the purchase price.
In the following cases, a refund or a replacement is ruled out:
- The product was not purchased from us.
- The enclosed care instructions were not followed and and the product was damaged as a result of it. (e.g. from improper cleaning)
- The product was damaged by external influences or negligence (e.g. by contact with chemical substances, sharp objects, friction or drag)
- The product has been modified.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject any claims for compensation or reimbursement, if the defect is due to normal wear and tear of products, which have exceeded their normal useful life.We do not bind to the falsely labelled prices and reserve the right to change the prices or technical specifications. Product colours may vary slightly from the original colours due to technical limitations.
15. Image and text rights
All image and text rights, which are used on the website of the online shop, are reserved by Cashmere House Lamm or respective partners. Use of this content is strictly prohibited without our express permission.
16. Data protection
The security of your data is very important to us. In dealing with customer data, we thus adhere to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG).
Your data will be collected, stored and processed by us as part of our service, our administration and for marketing purposes. They will only be passed on to third parties if it is necessary for the purpose of fulfilment of the contract, such as the logistics company for the dispatch or the bank for payment. Payment information is securely transmitted with an encrypted transmission (SSL).
Use of your data for advertising purposes: The CHL will use your data to communicate with you about your orders, customer satisfaction or certain products and offers.
